Activate your Gatebox Device

Step 1: Power the device on

  • Unbox the device (use security keys to remove it from the kiosk if needed) and switch it on.

  • Make sure that the power button is set to “ON” and the Gatebox app will launch.

Step 2: Connect to the internet (if not using ethernet)

  • Use gesture navigation (swipe up from the bottom of the screen) to return to the device’s home page.

  • Go to the device’s settings and connect to Wi-Fi.

  • Launch the Gatebox app.

Step 3: Get your Login Key by submitting the form below
