How do I install the Gatebox device into the Kiosk?

Mounting points are provided on the back of the Gatebox housing, as well as a hole in-between the mounting points for cable management. If the Gatebox is being installed in an unsheltered location make sure to mount with the rain shield.

Powering Gatebox:

We recommend using PoE (Power over Ethernet) as well as a backup power solution.

If you do intend to run power separately a minimum of 12v 3A is required.

Connecting Gatebox to the internet:

We recommend using a hardwire connection with Ethernet although a Wifi connection can also be used.

Gate triggering:

Gatebox does not include any hardware that allows it to trigger the gate/boom. An external trigger is necessary, either Fluss+ or another supported Integration method. Check out this article for more on triggering the gate with Gatebox or installing Fluss+.
