This will be dependant on whether or not your property is using the My Estate Life system and app in conjunction with Gatebox or simply the phonebook function. Navigate to manager.myestatelife.com Sign in using your My Estate Life account details (this will only work if you've been set up as either the admin or manager of the property) Navigate to "properties" where you'll see a list of all the individual properties listed on your site. Click "open" under the property you'd like to add a remove a resident from. If your site is using the My Estate Life app you will have to invite residents to a property by clicking "Invite Resident"
How does Gatebox integrate with My Estate Life?
The good news is that Gatebox integrates seamlessly with My Estate Life without needing to set anything up specifically. This is because regardless of whether a site is using the My Estate Life app or just the Phonebook functionality, they are both based on the My Estate Life backend. So when the license is activated My Estate Life is automatically integrated. The only difference is that on the sites only using the Phonebook, there will be limited functionality on the My Esta

How do I activate my Gatebox License?
Initial Setup: Power on the device Go to gatebox.co.za/activation Enter your device ID, Site name, license reference code, and the site contacts name.
