There are a few variables, will the building or estate be using Gatebox as a stand alone intercom or in conjunction with the My Estate Life software and app? My Estate Life allows residents to create invite codes and automates the process as much as possible. There is a once off device cost of R18 999 and R899 for the rain-shield if that is required for the site. License activation will cost R3000 and the monthly costs will be R899 if the site only requires the phonebook functionality and R1599 if the building or estate would like to use it in conjunction with the My Estate Life software and app.
