How do I set up the Gatebox device?

When setting up the device for the first time you'll need to activate your license. Once your license is activated you'll be able to set up the device to best match your sites needs. Double-tap the Gatebox Logo on the home screen and enter your Login Key to access settings.

Under the settings you are able to adjust the Microphone and Speaker volume.

The following settings can also be changed.

Reader Direction: This sets whether the Gatebox is positioned at the entrance or exit of the property.

Resident Details: What visitors see when calling residents.

Visitor Type toggle: Whether or not this information will be captured

Visitor Contact toggle: Whether or not this information will be captured

Show access code to visitor: If visitors need their access code to exit.

Intercom button toggle: Whether visitors will see this button or not

Access code button toggle: Whether visitors will see this button or not

Driver Identification toggle: Enable to capture driver information
